That why at Alpha Steel we provide services such as steel punching, cutting, bending and powder coating for our fellow fencers.          

Automated punching machine: Alpha Steel provides quality and accurate punching of 19mm round, 20mm or 25mm square on assorted size RHS. Great for fencing and shelf work. Press machine: Specialise machine for pressing 19mm tube, 20mm or 25 mm RHS into spearhead. Guillotine machine: Cut up to 7mm sheet with ease.

　

Steel tube and RHS bender: These machines are able to bend and curve a range of different size tube. Electric cutting machine: Ideal for bulk cut. its is fully automated and very accurate.

Powder Coating services:            

We have a 6m long by 2.3m high baking oven to cater for most powder coating needs. We stock a range of powder coating colours from trusted providers Dulux and Interpon to ensure  high quality finishes.  We  provide a 24 months warranty on our powder coating and stock anti-corrosive prima for added protection against rust. Our service is fast and reliable without the high price.
